Tablet Manufacturing Capability
The tablet lines cover blending, granulation, compression and coating, producing standard, coated and chewable tablets across a range of shapes, sizes and colors. Compression parameters are set per formula to hit target hardness, disintegration and weight uniformity; coated tablets add taste masking and moisture protection. Production runs under the cGMP quality system (21 CFR Part 111), with raw-material verification on intake and finished-product testing before release.

- Weight and hardness control — in-process checks hold each tablet to specification through the run.
- Blend uniformity — validated blending procedures keep active ingredients evenly distributed, critical for low-dose actives.
- Coating consistency — film-coat weight gain is monitored so every tablet gets the intended barrier.
