Oral Drop Manufacturing Capability
The liquid operation covers compounding, homogenization, filtration and aseptic-style filling into dropper bottles across standard sizes. Dropper assemblies are matched to the formula's viscosity so each drop dispenses consistently. As part of the facility's ten fully automatic lines, liquid production runs under the cGMP quality system (21 CFR Part 111), with raw-material verification and finished-product testing — including microbial testing appropriate to liquid products — on every batch.

- Homogeneity — compounding and mixing procedures keep actives evenly distributed through the liquid, so the first dose matches the last.
- Microbial control — water quality, equipment sanitation and finished-product microbial testing are managed to liquid-product standards.
