Dietary Supplement OEM
In a dietary supplement OEM relationship, you own the formula and the brand; the manufacturer owns the production. YUKANG — the brand of Yukang Medicine (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. — provides OEM production from its 10,000 m² cGMP facility in Guangzhou, running customer formulas across seven dosage forms on ten fully automatic lines.
What OEM Covers
Formula intake and review. Send your formula, specification sheet or even a reference sample. The team of 30+ formulators reviews it for manufacturability: dose feasibility per dosage form, ingredient compatibility, excipient selection and stability considerations. Where an ingredient or dose doesn't translate cleanly to production, you'll get a proposed adjustment before anything is made — not after a failed batch.
Production across seven dosage forms. Softgels, hard capsules, tablets, gummies, powders, oral drops and oral liquids are all produced in-house, so a multi-format product line can stay with a single OEM partner instead of being split across factories.
Quality system. Production runs under cGMP (21 CFR Part 111), with raw-material verification and finished-product testing at each stage. The facility holds FDA food facility registration (a facility registration, not a product certification), ISO 22000 and HACCP; the group's Wuxi site is BRCGS-audited at grade A. Certificates are available upon request.
OEM or ODM — Which Fits?
Choose OEM when the formula is yours — developed in-house, licensed, or supplied by your own formulator — and you need a qualified facility to produce it at scale. Choose ODM when you have a product concept but want YUKANG's formulation team to develop the formula, drawing on the company's self-described library of more than 10,000 formulas. Both models run on the same lines, the same quality system and the same timelines: samples in 7–10 days, standard production in about 15 days, MOQs from 500–1,000 units.
Built for Export
OEM clients are typically selling into regulated destination markets, so export readiness is part of the service: FDA labeling compliance support for the US market, Amazon FBA preparation, export documentation, and DDP fulfillment for North America through Yukang Medicine USA and its California warehouse (established 2025). Current export regions include North America, Europe, the Middle East (GCC), Asia-Pacific and Africa.

What if my formula needs development work? That moves into ODM territory — the 30+ formulators can develop or refine the formula from your brief, supported by the company's extensive formula library.
What are the minimums and lead times? MOQs start at 500–1,000 units; samples in 7–10 days; standard production in about 15 days.
